Schedule a Consultation
Your first consultation will be a discussion of your medical history, health concerns, and goals. Patients receive an individualized treatment plan and a Good Faith Estimate at their consultation. They may also choose to start their acupuncture treatment plan the same as the consult. Call our front desk to schedule or fill out this form.

Check Your Insurance Benefits
Some insurance companies cover acupuncture while others do not, and insurance benefits can be very confusing! Provide your insurance information ito us and as a courtesy to our patients, we will contact your insurance and verify that acupuncture is covered. Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover acupuncture at this time.
